Serves - 2
Ingredients:
All Purpose Flour - 2.5 cups
Yoghurt - 4 tablespoons
Warm Milk - 1/2 cup
Soda Bicarbonate - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Oil
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except butter, knead into soft dough. Smear the dough with oil and keep it covered for 3 to 4 hours. Divide the dough in to 5 equal balls, roll them in to oval shaped naan. Smear two teaspoons of water on one side of the naan and cook the water side of the naan on hot tawa first until it rises up, then show the other side of the naan directly on fire for few seconds. Cut them in to half, smear butter and serve hot. Repeat the same for rest of the dough.
