Tofu Palak


Preparation Time : 10 Minutes
Cooking Time : 10 Minutes
Serves : 2

Ingredients:

Spinach / Palak - 1 bunch
Firm Tofu - 100 gms - Cubed
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Green Chilli - 2
Garlic - 5 cloves - Finely chopped
Fresh Cream - 2 tablespoons
Lime Juice - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt
Oil



Method :

Wash spinach leaves thorughly and blanch them in salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain, grind it along with green chillis in to a smooth paste. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and garlic, saute for a minute. Add the spinach puree and bring it to boil on medium flame, add little water if the gravy is too thick. Now add tofu cubes, lime juice and cook for a minute. Finally add fresh cream, just give a stir and serve hot with rotis !!!
