This is a wonderful dinner or even a heavy snack option, which not only kids all of us will love. I did not have a pizza base, but was craving for pizza and did not want to step out to have one, i could have dialed a pizza though, but wanted something homely too :D Was just staring at my refrigerator for few minutes which then secretly gave me this option ;) so lets hit this healthy yet simple and delicious pizzazzzzzzzzzzzzz !!!!

Whole Wheat Bread - 6 Slices
Low Fat Cheese - 1 Cup - Finely Grated
Onion - 1 Medium - Chopped Medium Sized
Tomato - 1 Medium -Chopped Medium Sized
Capscicum - 1 Medium - Chopped Medium Sized
Mushroom - 2 tablespoons - Chopped Medium Sized
Basil Leaves - 2 tablespoons - Chopped Medium Sized
Pizza Sauce / Tomato Ketchup - 3 Tablespoons
Oregano - 1 tablespoon
Chili Flakes - 1 teaspoon
Sauté all the veggies along with basil leaves on high flame for a minute until they are half cooked and sprinkle salt. Toast all the bread moderately. Spread a toast with pizza sauce, then spread a layer of veggies, sprinkle some oregano, chili flakes and grated cheese. Microwave the toast on Medium high for few seconds until the cheese settles.Repeat the same for other toasts too. Serve hot with chilled ice tea !!!!
Tip: Alternatively you can also heat the toast on a tawa, on medium to low flame until cheese melts.
