This is a wonderful maharashtrian (Indian) snack made especially on a fasting day. Crisp and soft fritter are anytime welcome for a rainy day !!!! Am enjoying it with a cup of Masala Tea !!!! Lets see how to make this delicious evening snack :)
Preparation Time : 1 hour
Cooking Time : 15 Minutes
Serves - 2
Ingredients
Sago / Sabudana - 3/4 cup
Potato - 2 Medium Sized - Boiled and mashed
Roasted Peanuts - 1/2 cup - Ground coarsely
Green Chilli - 2 - Finely chopped chopped
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons - finely
Lime Juice - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt
Oil
Method:
Soak Sago in enough water for an hour. Drain excess water. Mix it with all the other ingredients except oil. Divide it in to 8 balls, flatten between palms of your hand annd deep fry them in oil till golden brown. Drain and sever hot with chutney of your choice.
