Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour - 2.5 cups
Spinach / Palak - 1 cup finechopped
Green Chilli - 2 Finely Chopped
Ajwain / Carom Seeds - 1 teaspoon - Crushed
Salt
Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together, make it in to a soft dough by sprinking water. Keep it aside for 20 minutes. Divide them in to equal lemon sized balls and roll them in to small puris (flat round bread). Deep fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with curry of your choice :)
