Ingredients:
Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Cabbage - finely chopped - 2 tablespoon
Carrot - finely chopped - 2 tablespoon
Srping onions - 1 small bunch - finely chopped
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon (depending on the spiciness)
Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoon
Hing - a pinch
Salt
Oil
Method:
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan, fry all the vegetables oh high flame for a minute, now add soy sauce, redchilli powder and hing, saute for a minute.Mix the rice along with little salt and garnish with spring onion leaves. Serve Hot.
