Carrots are rich in Vitamin A, antioxidants, dietary fibre and minerals which helps to improve vision.

Ingredients:
Carrot -Grated - 2 cups
Milk - 2cups
Condensed milk / Milk maid - 1 cup
Cardamom -4
Cashew - 4
Almonds - 4
Ghee - 4 tablespoons
Method:
Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a thick bottomed pan, add grated carrots and fry for two minutes. Add two cups of milk and cook on low flame until milk thickens. Now add one cup of condensed milk along with crushed cardamoms. Let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Add rest of the ghee, continue cooking on low flame until the halwa becomes thick and greasy. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts. Serve hot or cold according to your liking.
