Tomato Puri


Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Servings : 2

Ingredients:

Whole Wheat Flour - 2.5 cups
Ripe Red Tomatoes - 2 - b;ended in to puree
Red Chilli Powder - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric Powder - 1 teaspoon
Ajwain / Carom Seeds - 1 teaspoon - Crushed
Salt 
Oil for frying

Method: 

Mix all the ingredients together, make it in to a soft dough, add water only if neccessary. Keep it aside for 20 minutes. Divide them in to 8 equal balls and roll them in to small puris (flat round bread). Deep fry them in oil until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with curry of your choice :)
