For 3-4 persons
Ingredients:
- 350gms flour(atta)
- 1tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds(jeera)
- A Small Quantity of Flour( Maida)
- 250gms Fresh Curd (dahi)
- Butter or Pure Ghee
METHOD
- Mix salt and jeera with dahi , whip it well and knead flour with it.
- Roll out round rotis and bake on a tawa.
- Take care, rotis should not burn.
- Spread butter or pure ghee on rotis.
- Serve with dal makkhani or curry pakora.
- Enjoy :-)
