Chapathi Dahi Wali

For 3-4 persons
  • 350gms flour(atta)
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds(jeera)
  • A Small Quantity of Flour( Maida)
  • 250gms Fresh Curd (dahi)
  • Butter or Pure Ghee
  • Mix salt and jeera with dahi , whip it well and knead flour with it.
  • Roll out round rotis and bake on a tawa.
  • Take care, rotis should not burn.
  • Spread butter or pure ghee on rotis.
  • Serve with dal makkhani or curry pakora.
  • Enjoy :-)
