Cabbage - 1 Cup - Sliced thin and long
Gram Flour / Besan - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 3 - Finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - 3 tablespoons - Finely chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves - sliced thin and long (optional )
Mix all the ingredients together except oil by sprinkling just 2 or 3 tablespoons of water. Make it in to thick dough or batter kind of. Heat oil on medium flame, once the oil is hot , scoop a spoonful of the batter in to the oil, deep fry until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with any dip of your choice.
Tip: The mix should be flaky, it should neither be too watery nor hard.
